Family Budget Services further equips Buckingham’s community of advisors with the tools needed to support clients’ budgeting conversations and fills a needed gap in building wealth. In addition to supporting Buckingham’s advisor community, made up of over 230 Buckingham Strategic Wealth advisors and a network of over 1,000 independent advisors who are part of Buckingham Strategic Partners, Family Budget Services offers independent consulting, regardless of an affiliation with Buckingham. Led by Director of Family Budget Services Rob Bertman, CFA, CSLP®, CFP®, formerly of Family Budget Expert, this service helps families face their spending issues head-on and deliver life-changing results, both financially and emotionally.

He started “Family Budget Expert” in 2015 to deliver a collaborative process that helps families create a simple and flexible budgeting system, while providing the guidance and accountability needed to make this happen. “I am passionate that a budget doesn’t have to feel like a negative thing.
