Buckingham Named to Top Workplaces

The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that exemplify a strong organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. Becoming a Top Workplace is especially meaningful as it is earned through our dedication to our team, our clients and our mission.

Buckingham had an 81% response rate to the survey. In 2020, 1,471 companies and nonprofits of all sizes were invited to have their employees take the survey. This year 28,748 employees took part in the survey from 140 St. Louis-area employers.

Our place on the list highlights we are a team of individuals bound together by our common passion to progress, passion to serve and passion to do right. Those shared values help to create a collaborative, dynamic and professionally challenging environment that contributes to a thriving firm culture while emphasizing a commitment to always put clients first.
